These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Abbey Row (the "Site") and any orders you place with us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Abbey Row is a trading name operated by an individual sole trader registered in Morocco. All references to "we", "us", "our", or "the seller" refer to that trader. This Site serves customers in the United States and internationally.

2. Orders

All prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes where legally required. Product images are illustrative; slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to display calibration.

An order is confirmed only when we send you an order-confirmation email. Until then, we may reject the order at our discretion (e.g. if stock is unavailable, address is invalid, or payment is declined).

3. Pricing & Availability

Stock is shown in real time but can occasionally be inaccurate. If an item goes out of stock between order and dispatch, we will notify you and refund without delay.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on the Site. If a price is materially wrong (e.g. shown as $1 instead of $100), we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order and refund you fully.

4. Payment

We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex where enabled) processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. We do not store card details on our systems.

Payment is charged at the time the order is placed. If payment fails, the order is not confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

See our Shipping Policy for delivery times, carriers, and costs by destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

6. Returns & Refunds

See our Returns Policy. The statutory right of withdrawal (30 days for United States) applies in addition to any specific guarantee we offer.

7. Warranty & Consumer Rights

Products are sold with the statutory consumer warranty applicable in United States (i.e. items must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality). Manufacturer warranty applies where the manufacturer provides one and is administered directly by them.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, layouts) is either owned by Abbey Row or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use the content commercially without our prior written consent.

Product photography sourced from suppliers is used with permission; the underlying product-brand trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site to violate any law, infringe on any third-party right, transmit malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of an order is limited to the total value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Moroccan law (the seller's country of establishment), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. If you are a consumer resident in the United States, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that governs that order. The current version and "last updated" date are shown at the top of this page.
